Our Policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully, as all sales are final, unless required by law.
Australian Consumer Law – Your Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations, or conditions which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable law. Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Faulty, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at Kajimono.contact@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defect or issue
- A description of the problem
We will assess your claim and, if accepted, provide a remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange under Australian Consumer Law, your item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Kajimono reserves the right to refuse the return.
Return Process
If your return is approved, you must return the item with the original invoice included in the package so we can identify your purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Kajimono does not provide prepaid return labels or refund return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returned or exchanged items.

Pre-Order Cancellations
If you have made a payment before receiving stock, you may request a refund within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us at Kajimono.contact@gmail.com.
Refunds
Original shipping and postage fees are non-refundable. If your return is approved under the Australian Consumer Law, we will notify you of our decision. Approved refunds (minus the 10% restocking fee and original shipping costs) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
