Shipping Area

We currently ship within Australia only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times within Australia are:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Tracking

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays

  • Additional shipping fees may apply to re-send the order

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order is delayed or appears lost in transit, please get in touch with us at infokaji@gmail.com.

While we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, we will assist in lodging enquiries and resolving delivery issues where possible.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery at infokaji@gmail.com and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
