It Will Care for You

To maintain performance and longevity:

Wash at 30°C or cold water

Always wash your gi at a maximum of 30°C.

High temperatures cause shrinkage and break down the fabric weave over time, affecting both fit and durability.
No bleach — ever

Keep bleach away from your gi. It weakens cotton fibers, fades the fabric, and can degrade stitching — shortening the lifespan of your gi significantly.
No tumble drying

Skip the dryer. Air dry your gi flat or hang it in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. Heat from dryers causes shrinkage and stresses reinforced seams.
No ironing

Don't iron your gi. The patches, embroidery, and technical fabrics used in construction are heat-sensitive and can be damaged or deformed by direct ironing
